Total Quality Management is the approach to quality that Tecno System has decided to implement. We believe that in the current economic situation a company cannot afford to pursue customer satisfaction by focusing on a single competitive parameter in favour of others. Today, an industry leader must in fact be able to generate a competitive advantage on several fronts: price, product quality, process quality, service quality and supply requirements. For this reason we believe that quality should not be considered solely in the output to the customer, but must instead be pursued in all business functions and towards all parties involved.

Total quality management means not being limited to the fulfilment of what is indicated by international standards, but to embark on a path of growth and involvement of the entire organisation, in the pursuit of quality in every single aspect of daily business.

In terms of quality certification, in addition to being ISO 9001 certified and ISO/TS 16949:2009, we have achieved ISO 14001 certification and are among the first EMS companies to be certified as IPC Trainer on all four IPC standards concerning the production of circuit boards. In addition, we work constantly to improve and achieve new specific process certifications pertaining to the industries we serve.
